Established in 2007.

After working in restaurants since the age of 16 Steve Yonemura wanted to bring his passion for food and attention to detail on a more personalized level.

Trained in sushi at the age of 23, he has over 15 years Japanese restaurant cuisine. He worked under Jean-Marie Josselin at Josselin’s and Red Salt at the Koa Kea Hotel to learn fine dining at Hawaiian Pacific Rim Cuisine.

From corporate events, private dinners, weddings, and more, Yonemura Sushi can help you plan the perfect menu that you and your guests will love.
